The number of the stuff is 760 people (before restructuring) During my work as a chief of the workshop the following was provided: - rise of using coefficient of the main equipments due to timely and qualitative repairs and time-lowering of unregulated stoppages up 69% to 85%; - costs for extraction of ore are reduced in 5 % compare with the last year; - working capital for the repair works and technical services of the basic subdivision’s reserves is reduced in 3 % compare with the last year; - the planned investment actions and the program of costs lowering in 100 % are fulfilled. The program of quality stabilization of nepheline ore is realized. 8 proposals in system of costs lowering and increasing the efficiency of production were worked out by me; one of them is “Organization of filling of the 7th dump”. The economic result of the using of the proposal was 750 thousand $. I was reward with the diploma of “Ministry of Industry” for success in work in 2002 and I was given a medal for great services in Kuzbas in 2008.
